TonTon Club Amsterdam
Visitors must follow the instructions of the employees at all times.
All games are played with tokens, which cannot be exchanged for money. However, they don’t expire either, so they can be used forever.
Visitors must be at least 18 years old. They must be able to prove this by means of identification if there is any doubt.
Visitors who refuse to show their identification will be denied entry. Visitors under 18 years old are allowed inside until 6:00 PM under direct supervision of an adult.
CCTV cameras are recording 24 hours a day in TonTon Club. The footage is automatically deleted after 7 days. These recordings can be used as evidence and can be shown to third parties in case of emergencies.
TonTon Club may decide to make audio and/or video recordings of the event and its visitors. These recordings may be made public or duplicated. By attending, the visitor unconditionally grants permission for the making and exploitation of these recordings, without TonTon Club or any third parties being obligated to provide compensation to the visitors. The visitor hereby transfers any neighboring, copyright, or portrait rights without any limitation to the organization. Furthermore, the visitor irrevocably waives the right to invoke their personality rights.
TonTon Club is not liable for theft or loss of personal belongings. Please keep an eye on your belongings wherever you are.
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in TonTon Club.
Consuming a beverage is mandatory.
Bicycles/scooters should be parked in the designated areas.
Visitors who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry or asked to leave TonTon Club.
Our guests must not behave aggressively or cause disturbances at the entrance or inside the premises (in words and actions).
Possession, use, and trade of soft and hard drugs are prohibited. If such possession, trade, and/or use are detected, the individuals involved will be removed and denied access in the future.
Carrying weapons or objects that can be used as weapons is strictly prohibited. The police will be notified upon detection.
Visitors who behave loudly, cause vandalism, leave litter, or engage in public urination when leaving the club will be denied entry in the future. An official report may also be filed with the police.
